could you please tell me a half way point to stop overnight on the great ocean road leaving from Melbourne Airport

For us we normally stay overnight in Apollo Bay as we find this the most convenient place. We stay at thr Sandpiper Motel and the people there are always happy to give you advice on things to do.
Day One
• Pick up at hotel in Melbourne
• Anzac Hill Torquay – Morning tea
• Bells Beach – stop for photo opportunity of beach and potential kangaroo sighting
• Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch – stop for photo shoot
• Teddy’s Lookout, Lorne – stop for photo shoot
• Kennett River – stop for koala sighting
• Apollo Bay – stop for lunch, potential swim and rest stop for driver
• Cape Otway Light station – tour light station and grounds as well as afternoon tea
• Maits Rest – short rainforest walk
• Apollo Bay – dinner and overnight accommodation
• Maits Rest – potential glow worms evening tour if requested
Day Two
• Apollo Bay – breakfast
• Redwoods in the Otways – view the redwoods and short walk
• Hopetoun Falls – view of the falls from the top and walk to view them from the bottom
• Otway Fly or Triplet Falls walk (customers to choose)
• Lavers Hill – lunch and rest stop for driver
• 12 Apostles
• Loch Ard Gorge
• Blowhole
• Port Campbell – afternoon tea and rest break
• The Arch
• London Bridge
• Return to Melbourne via Colac and Geelong
